I am Oana and I am passionate about traditional food and a lover of authentic tastes, prepared with selected ingredients and a lot of care.
I never imagined that the skills I learned and inherited from my mother and grandmother—this art of cooking—would completely change my life’s path. I had envisioned a different journey, but my passion for food became my bridge to people and a fulfilling career. Now, cooking is no longer just a skill; it’s the essence of my story.
For me, food is not just fuel for survival—it’s an art. Every dish should be visually appealing, inviting you to savor it even before tasting, and the aroma should perfectly complement the experience. Every detail matters, from the way the plate looks to the final ingredient that adds that unique flavor.
